LVEM 5 Benchtop Low Voltage TEM
SEMTEM
25kV compact low voltage TEM
The LVEM 25E is a compact low voltage TEM featuring all in one TEM, SEM, STEM, ED and EDS design with performance equivalent to larger systems.
The LVEM 25E’s all-in-one design combines 3 imaging modes (TEM, SEM and STEM) with 2 analytical modes (EDS and ED). With excellent resolving power and high contrast, this system is ideal for imaging at the nanoscle, especially low Z materials thanks to the low voltage. The simple to use intuitive software allows switching between modes and operation by users of any skill level.
The unique design of Delong’s instruments incorporates TEM, SEM and STEM into one instrument. This allows you to glean complimentary data sets from the same sample i.e.:
The compact design and ease-of-use of Delong’s TEMs makes TEM imaging and analysis a real possibility for any lab. The operation is so simple with no need for routine operations such as beam alignment and as such there is no need for an experienced TEM operator. Furthermore, the unique design requires virtually no ongoing maintenance.
The advantage of low accelerating voltage in life sciences and biology is it eliminates the need for staining so you can visualise proteins and other low Z materials in their natural state i.e. no need for using heavy metals and other toxic agents
With low establishment costs and virtually no preventative maintenance and servicing needs, the LVEM 25E is extremely cheap to maintain.
Meanwhile, one plug installation and special installation requirements mean that the LVEM 25E can be easily installed in virtually any laboratory.
