With high sensitivity and excellent resolution, the DE-DirectView offers cost-effective direct detection for biological and material science applications. The eighth generation DE-DirectView features 6.0 μm pixels optimized for excellent resolution (MTF) over a broad range of magnifications and exposure rates, an integrated Faraday plate, and full-frame unbinned streaming at up to 40 frames per second.

    • 4k × 3k (12.6 million) pixels optimised for excellent resolution (MTF) over a broad range of magnifications and exposure rates, an integrated Faraday plate, and full-frame unbinned streaming at up to 40 frames per second. Users can even acquire data at 75 fps with full-frame readout and 2x-binning.
    • High-speed continuous streaming and integrated Faraday plate. The patented “movie mode” system provides high-speed acquisition of a continuous stream of frames with nearly 100% duty cycle, so you don’t have to deal with dead time between frames.
    • Sub-nanometer resolution. Capable of sub-nanometer resolution with cryo-EM on 120 kV LaB6 TEMs. Sensitive to 80 keV - 1.25 MeV and optimised for 120 - 300 keV
