Direct Electron are designers and manufacturers of ultra-high performance cameras for electron microscopists. Their cameras utilise in-house developed Direct Detection Device (DDD®) technology.
They introduced the world’s first commercially available direct detection TEM camera in 2010 that was also capable of 4D-STEM.
