Hirox, who pioneered digital microscopy, continue to innovate with the introduction of the HRX-02 digital zoom microscope. It builds on the successful platform introduced with the HRX-01 and includes even higher levels of automation and zoom levels from 0.1 to 10000x well into the realms of SEM without the need for complex sample preparation and imaging in vacuum. The HRX-02 produces high-fidelity images with exceptional clarity, in true colour, suitable for a range of applications ranging from automotive and aerospace, to electronics, to life science and medical research.

RVOMAX Motorised Turret Lens

The RVOMAX is an Ultra Performance Integrated Camera + Lens system (10-500x) extendable to 10,000x via additional objective lenses.

It incorporates fully motorised zoom lenses:

  • Built-in 10-80x Macro lens (33mm WD)
  • Built-in 100-500x mid range lens (18 mm WD)
  • Choice of objective lenses available: 350x / 500x / 700x / 1000x

It also includes a fully motorised lighting system including ring, coaxial and mixed illumination. Coaxial offers 6 different brightfield lighting modes including polarisation, oblique lighting, fixed aperture, and center aperture.

NPS Module for Metrology

The NPS module is a white light confocal point sensor. When coupled with a high-precision motorised stage it enables non-contact sub-micron altitude/Z-measurements on any surface resulting in a 3D surface, providing metrology capabilities in accordance with ISO 25178-602.

  • Introduction to the Hirox HRX-02

    Run time – 2:47min

A quick introduction to the features, capabilities and operation of the Hirox HRX-02 3D digital microscope including new RVOMAX turret lens.

  • 360° 3D Rotary Head

The patented Hirox 3D Rotary-Head enables 360-degree inspection without manipulating the samples. The magnetic adaptor is automatically recognised by the Hirox software and parameters can be controlled through the interface including rotation speed, direction and zoom, angle selection (from 25 to 55°).

the Rorary Head is a powerful tool to enabling the understanding of complex shapes or surfaces, thus to carry out extended observation and comparison.

You can record in one click high-quality photos & videos of the sample at high frame rate and in all universal formats. It can be used with Hirox zoom lenses with zooms from 6x up to 400x!

Add Metrology capabilities to your digital microscope

THE NPS module is a white light confocal point sensor. When coupled with a high-precision motorised stage it enables non-contact sub-micron altitude/Z-measurements on any surface resulting in a 3D surface.

It affords a wide range of measurement modes on 2D profiles and 3D shapes including various roughness parameters, sphericity, curvature, length, height, radius, angle, volume and much more. Analyse regions up to 4000µm and correlate these back to manufacturing/design specification.
