The powder-free, wire-based 3D printer is a compact laser-based system ideal for producing medium-sized AM parts.

The AconityWIRE is fed by a force-controlled wire feed system that protects the sire with a shielding gas. Using a laser with a unique ring-shaped intensity profile, the system is capable of direction-independent material deposition.

The 6-axis robot with 2-axis rotary tilt table with infinite rotation allows production of the most complex components for wire feeds such as standard welding wire. The powerful preheating of up to 500°C reduces internal stresses and expands the range of potential materials you can work with.
