CSI: Cytology Scene Investigation
Human pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cells co-cultured with CAR-T cells and imaged using the 3D Cell Explorer 96focus (Nanolive). CAR-T cell activation status was digitally stained using the LIVE T Cell Assay (Nanolive), identifying active CAR-T cells in cyan, inactive CAR-T cells in purple, and dead CAR-T cells in orange. Cancer target cells are shown without labeling.
