Tritone Technologies is an additive manufacturing technology company focused on bringing metal and ceramic 3D printing into industrial-scale production. Founded in 2017, Tritone developed its patented MoldJet® technology as an alternative to conventional powder-bed metal additive manufacturing processes. Rather than selectively melting or binding a bed of loose metal powder, MoldJet creates a temporary mould for each layer and fills it with a high-density metal or ceramic paste.

The result is a fundamentally different approach to metal additive manufacturing, combining high throughput, complex geometries, high part density and repeatability with a powder-free production environment. Tritone’s technology is designed specifically for serial production, with applications spanning manufacturing, tooling, aerospace and defence, medical devices and consumer products.
