Compact benchtop in vivo optical imaging system for fluorescence

The Vieworks VISQUE® InVivo Smart is a compact in vivo optical imaging system for fluorescent imaging of mice from green to near-infrared and also time-lapse acquisition as fast as 30 frames per second.

The Vieworks VISQUE® InVivo Smart is a compact in vivo optical imaging system for fluorescent imaging of mice from green to near-infrared and also time-lapse acquisition as fast as 30 frames per second. It incorporates a proprietary sensitive scientific (sCMOS) camera. The system is suitable for in vivo imaging of a range of fluorescent probes.

The VISQUE® InVivo Smart has a real-time monitoring function which makes it possible to detect the experimental animal status and adjust the best set-up of zoom and focus. The included software, CleVue, has exclusive functionality for over 10 kinds of patented kinetics algorithms to analyze dynamic experiments and perform spectral un-mixing.

This powerful system has a small footprint of only 40cm x 40cm and will analyse up to 3 mice at a time. The cameras field of view can be set between 15 cm x 15 cm (1x) – 2 cm x 2 cm (7.5x) and is supported by an all LED illumination system. The system has a heated stage and supports gas anesthesia.
