    Spectral CT – Non-Destructive 3D Chemical Analysis

The TESCAN UniTOM XL can be optioned to include a spectral detector that enables you to generate 3D chemical composition datasets to complement 3D images. Unlike most 3D chemical analysis techniques, spectral CT is non-destructive and can be performed on full-sized components. This capability has just been launched and is unique to TESCAN.
