NTEGRA is a multi-functional device capable of performing more than 40 measuring methods This versatility allows analysis of physical and chemical properties of the surface with high precision and resolution. It is possible to carry out experiments in air, as well as in liquids and in controlled environment.

    • A multi-functional device. NTEGRA is a multifunctional device for performing the most typical tasks in the field of Scanning Probe Microscopy. The device is capable of performing more than 40 measuring methods, what allows analyzing physical and chemical properties of the surface with high precision and resolution. It is possible to carry out experiments in air, as well as in liquids and in controlled environment.
    • Built-in three axes closed loop control sensors trace the real displacement of the scanner and compensate unavoidable imperfections of piezoceramics as non-linearity, creep and hysteresis. The sensors, which are used by NT-MDT, have the lowest noise level, thus allowing working with closed loop control on the very small fields (down to 10x10 nm). This is especially valuable for carrying out nano-manipulation and lithography modes.
    • Low noise level. The closed loop control sensors possess outstandingly low noise level which allows working with closed loop control on very small fields (down to 10 x 10 nm). This is especially valuable for carrying out nano-manipulation and lithography modes.

  • NTEGRA Spectra

    The R&D 100 award winner in 2006, integrates the SPM with Raman spectroscopy and laser confocal microscopy to study the distribution of chemical properties with molecular resolution.

  • Ntegra Nano IR

    A scattering scanning near-field optical microscope (s-SNOM) designed for the infrared (IR) spectral range. Spatial resolution of IR s-SNOM is about 10 nm and defined only by tip size.

  • NTEGRA Therma

    An effective solution for SPM measurements either at constant temperatures from -30 °C to 300 °C or with changing temperature. Our low-drift THead™ maintains a drift of less than 10 nm/°C.

  • NTEGRA Aura

    A high-sensitive system perfectly suited for measurements in vacuum up to 10-3 torr or under controlled atmosphere environments.
