Varian XRF Tubes
Varian pioneered the present day end-window, XRF tube, currently being used in all state-of-the-art X-ray spectrometers. Varian's end-window XRF tube provides greater X-ray coupling to the sample which increases system sensitivity. Varian offers a complete line of XRF tubes used in wavelength and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometers.

Re-engineered tubes have many advantages over OEM tubes such as the use of state of the art technology, improved tube vacuums and gettering. Our re-engineering technique is being applied to an ever-expanding range of side window tubes.

XRD Tubes
The XRD 1000 glass series of tubes are featured by a high primary intensity and a homogeneous intensity distribution, spectral purity and long lifetime. The XRD 2000 series of tubes are constructed with a steel body which incorporates the latest ceramic insulation. This provides an enhanced thermo-conductivity and a longer life span.
